Trinity Goldmark Towers
This site of 3.5 acres on the side of the State freeway 75 is 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Across the freeway is the headquarters of Texas Instruments where thousands of employees work each day. This site is in a rapidly developing residential neighborhood. MPA produced a concept for a commercial hub in the podium, with three gleaming residential towers for the middle income family. The towers stand on the garden amenity with pool and playground, and will hold 565 bright modern units of various sizes, each one with a balcony.
MPA proposes three modern towers with 568 rental units on a single parking podium with landscaped gardens, amenities and retail outlets along the street. The towers with the typical optimistic modernism design of Morrelli Portugues Studio face the Texas instruments campus near Richardson and has a commanding view of the Dallas downtown.
